DOMAINE DU PRINTEMPS : PRACTICAL RULES

IN THE CHALET

• Please check the inventory upon arrival. If anything is missing, please report it.

• If anything breaks or gets broken during your stay, please let us know so that we can provide a replacement. We don't have a problem with a broken glass or plate.

• It is forbidden to smoke inside the chalets, on the sun terrace you can. There is an ashtray provided. Be careful not to throw hot ashes or cigarette butts directly into the dustbin = fire hazard!

• Please do not flush food waste down the drain to prevent blockages.

• For the same reasons, please also use toilet paper modestly and do not flush hygienic products down the toilet.

• Please always close the parasol in your absence and close windows and doors properly.

• It is forbidden to light candles in the chalet and on the sun terrace of the chalet.

• BBQ's are allowed in the grass, not on the sun terrace. A BBQ can be borrowed from us.

BEDS

• A mattress cover/under sheet must be placed on the mattress. The present cover is only an extra protection for the mattress.

• When using sleeping bags, an under sheet and pillowcase must also be used. In this case you cannot use the duvets, unless you pull a fitted sheet over them.

• In case you do not have the necessary sheets with you, they have to be rented from us.

ON THE GROUND

• The site is at the disposal of anyone who rents a chalet. Show respect for each other and don't disturb someone else's peace and quiet. Remember to keep the silence after 10 o'clock in the evening.

• It is not allowed to enter the terraces of other non-rented chalets.

• It is possible to make a campfire in the fire bowl provided for this purpose. It is forbidden to make a fire anywhere else, with the exception of the use of a BBQ.

• Entering the site, the river and the use of the fire bowl and the playground equipment are entirely at your own risk.

WASTE

• Upon arrival there is a white waste bag in the bin. When it is full, it can be neatly closed and dropped off by the small waste containers. A new bag can be purchased from us for 2 EUR/piece. These can also be purchased for the same price per piece at the Proxy Delhaize in Bohan.

• You will also receive a blue PMD bag for plastic bottles and flasks, metal packaging, plastic packaging and drinks cartons. The full bag can also be placed at the small waste containers. A new PMD bag can be obtained from us for 0.20 EUR/piece.

• Paper and cardboard may be kept separate in the grey basket and can be emptied into the yellow container.

• Glass bottles and jars should be taken to a glass container. These can be found in the village of Bohan, rue Mont les Champs.

FAUNA & FLORA

• The banks of the river and their vegetation are important for the animals living in the area, so please do not harm them.

• No plants are picked or branches pulled from the trees.

• No dams are made in the water. The stones lying on the banks must remain there, this is very important for the preservation of the banks when the river leaves its banks.

• Do not leave any waste lying around on the site.

DOGS

OUTSIDE

• Your dog must always be kept on a leash on the premises.

• The terrain does not serve as an outlet, please go to the other side of the road, where there are several footpaths.

• If there are several people with dogs on the grounds, please take each other into account and respect each other.

INSIDE

• It is forbidden to take the dog upstairs.

• A protective cover must be fitted over the bench, even if your dog is not going to sit on the bench.

• Your dog must never be left alone in the chalet, unless he is sitting in a bench from which he cannot escape. It must be ensured that the dog does not make any noise during your absence.

UPON DEPARTURE

• Leave the chalet properly. A hoover is provided so that you can vacuum before you leave.

• Do the dishes, dry them and put everything neatly back in place.

• Put the furniture back in place.

• Close windows and doors.

• Empty the fridge and set it to 1.

• Put the central heating on 10°C

• Empty the waste bin and put the waste bags in the place provided.

• Remove any rented bed linen from the beds and hand them over to us.

• The key will be given to us on the day of departure at 10 am. If you are renting for a weekend (Friday to Sunday), this is at 6 pm at the latest.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY/ACCIDENT
